Rooted in Tradition, Evolving with You…
We believe Yoga is the alchemical process through which you activate your inner healer and align with your most intuitive self.
Yoga is so much more than a physical practice, it is a profound weaving together of mind, body, and spirit. With each breath, each asana, and each meditative pause, a new strand of wisdom is woven.
We are honoured to continue this ancient tradition as we pass the thread of knowledge from teacher to student - from heart to heart.
Whether you seek to elevate your practice, refine your voice, or align your purpose, this experience will meet you where you are and guide you toward where you are meant to be.
Step into the living tradition of Yoga and meet us on ‘The Island of the Gods’ for a deeply enriching metamorphosis of self.

Accommodations
Yama Balian is a hidden gem secretly tucked away in between the sacred Balian River, lush jungle, and the Indian Ocean. The volcanic black sands of Balian Beach provide an incredible contrast to the lush green palms lining the West coast of the island. This intimate resort offers a taste of barefoot luxury, and is the perfect cocoon for the transformational process of reflection and introspection during Yoga Teacher Training.
All rooms are located along a central garden which offers spectacular views over the holy Balian River. Every bungalow opens via sliding glass doors to a vibrant tropical garden and features coconut and teak wood accents. Bungalows all feature an open-air shower and private terrace with daybed, an intimate hideaway that combines privacy with the feeling of being immersed in nature.
Our group will have exclusive access to the resort and we will be the only guests on site during the course of the training.

Food
The food at Yama Balian is farm to table cuisine. Yama offers a sophisticated culinary experience that will nourish your eyes, body and soul. Bali is a world leader in conscious nutrition. We aim to find the balance between indulging in worldly pleasures, while nourishing the physical vessel for optimal energy and satisfaction.
Your nourishment is very important to us, which is why all of your meals and beverages are included in your YTT package. Full service meals with barista at breakfast and mocktails at dinner ensure that your dining experience feels complete and is nothing less than luxurious.
